2. Qualifying individuals and families must show proof of one of the following:
- a copy of your most current tax return
- a copy of your last two pay stubs or bank statement showing automatic deposit amount
- copy of social security/disability check
- documentation of any federal assistance
- student loan information
- a letter explaining your situation
Membership Plus does not apply. Transfers need to reapply. Each membership subject to annual review. Individuals and families in need of further assistance are encouraged to apply for full membership assistance.

Personal financial information is handled in a confidential manner and will be seen and reviewed for validation and only by the Y's professional staff. No information is shared with any other agency or organization.
Who Furnishes The Fund For The Open Doors Program?
These funds come from donations made possible through the generosity of our members and donors in the Annual Support Campaign.
